Within 2 Hours
Once we receive your request, our care team arranges a prompt, respectful pickup from any hospital, residence, or facility within our service area. Typically within two hours.

5–7 Business Days
We take care of all required documents, including permits and the death certificate. You won’t need to navigate any bureaucracy, we’ve got it covered.

Private, Individual Cremation
2–4 Days
At scheduled date and time, your loved one is cremated at a licensed facility in a private setting , with care and dignity throughout the entire process.

Ashes Returned to You
Hand Delivery or Shipping
Once the cremation is complete, the ashes are placed in a complimentary urn and returned to you either in person or by secure express mail, whichever you prefer.
