Common Questions

Honest answers about what we do.

Straight talk about our services, timing, pricing, and the cremation process.

What does $1,095 include?

Transportation into our care, permit filing at no cost, death certificate ordering at state cost only ($26/copy), secure refrigeration, the private cremation, the standard urn with velvet bag, return of the ashes, and 24/7 counselor support. No hidden fees.

Are there any exceptions to the $1,095 price?

Only two, and they're stated up-front in your agreement: equipment required for weight above 300 lbs, and pacemaker removal for cremation safety. No other fees are ever added.

What areas do you serve?

All of Riverside County โ€” Riverside, Corona, Moreno Valley, Jurupa Valley, Eastvale, Norco, Perris, Menifee, Hemet, San Jacinto, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, and surrounding communities. Not sure if you're in our area? Give us a call.

How long does it take?

Ashes are delivered within 24โ€“48 hours after the cremation for local Riverside County families (shipping available for out-of-area). The total start-to-finish timeline is typically 12โ€“14 business days depending on the physician and county paperwork. We keep you updated throughout.

Can you help with veterans benefits?

Yes. If your loved one served in the U.S. Armed Forces with a valid DD-214, we help coordinate a flag and military honors at no extra charge from us.

What is a "direct cremation"?

Direct cremation is the simplest, most affordable option. There's no embalming, no viewing, no traditional funeral service. Your loved one is transported to our care, cremated privately at a licensed facility, and the ashes are returned to you. Families can hold their own memorial gathering later, on their own terms.

Can I hold a memorial service later?

Yes, and many families do. Without the pressure and cost of a traditional funeral service in the first days, families often hold a meaningful memorial gathering weeks or months later โ€” on their own timing.

Do you offer preplanning?

Yes โ€” our "Peace of Mind Plan" locks in today's price of $1,395 for future arrangements. Your family is spared the cost and decisions later. Learn more โ†’

What if the death happened out of state?

We can coordinate with a partner provider in that state to bring your loved one into local care there, and coordinate the return of the ashes to you. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on distance.

How do I pay?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic check. Payment is due prior to cremation. If you need to discuss payment options, please call and ask โ€” we'll do our best to help.
