The Peace of Mind Plan

Everything included. Nothing hidden.

$1,395

Locked at today's rate for life. Your family calls one number when the time comes — everything else is already handled.

For comparison: the typical direct cremation at Riverside County funeral homes runs $1,500–$2,300, and climbs even higher once hidden fees are added. Our plan-ahead price locks you in below that — permanently.

Why families plan ahead

Most families we serve wish a loved one had done this in advance.

It's not about the money — it's about the moment.

i.

Lock in today's price

Cremation costs rise each year. Setting your plan now means your family won't be quoted a higher price later, no matter when the time comes.

ii.

Spare your family the decisions

In the first 24 hours of loss, families face 50+ decisions. With a plan in place, your wishes are already documented — they just need to call.

iii.

Make your wishes clear

Burial or cremation. Scattering or urn. Service or simple. Everything is written down, on your terms — not assumed by someone else.

Common questions

Honest answers about planning ahead.

What if I move out of Riverside County or California?

Your plan travels with you. We can either coordinate fulfillment with a partner provider in your new location, or you can transfer your plan to another provider under California pre-need law. Full terms are spelled out in your written agreement.

Can I cancel or get a refund if my situation changes?

Yes. California law gives you cancellation and refund rights on pre-need cremation agreements. Specific terms — including any administrative or cancellation fee — are explained in writing before you sign. Nothing is locked in based on what you submit through this form.

Where does my money go after I pay?

Pre-need funds for California cremation arrangements are held in a state-regulated trust account, separate from our operating funds. Your contract will identify the trust, your account number, and your refund/cancellation rights.

What if my family doesn't know I have a plan?

We strongly recommend telling someone close to you — and we'll send you a one-page summary card you can store with your important documents. We also keep your file on hand so if a family member calls us with your name, we can locate your arrangement.

What's the difference between $1,095 (at-need) and $1,395 (plan-ahead)?

The $300 difference covers the cost of holding your funds in trust over time, plus the administration of your written agreement and updates over the years. It also includes a price guarantee — even if our at-need price rises in the future, your plan price is locked at today's rate.

Is this legally binding when I submit the form?

No. Submitting this form starts a conversation. Nothing is binding until you've received the written agreement, had time to review it, and signed it. California law requires written disclosure of all terms before any contract is binding.
