Four simple steps. About 12–14 business days start to finish. You're kept informed the whole way.
Any hour, day or night, someone from our team answers. Not a menu, not an answering service — a real counselor who will listen, ask a few gentle questions, and start the process.
Prompt, respectful transportation from anywhere in Riverside County. During business hours, we typically arrive at care facilities the same day. Residence pickups usually within 2–3 hours.
If your loved one is at a hospital, care facility, or hospice, we coordinate directly with their staff so you don't have to.
California requires a 24-hour hold period. During that time, we handle all the paperwork — permit filing, death certificate coordination, veteran benefits if applicable — so nothing falls to your family.
The cremation itself is performed at a licensed California facility, one loved one at a time. Private. Dignified. Exactly as it should be.
Within 24–48 hours after the cremation, we personally deliver the ashes to families within 20 miles of our Riverside office. Outside that radius, they ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking — included in the price.
Total timeline start-to-finish is typically 12–14 business days, depending on how quickly the physician signs the death certificate.
You won't have to wonder or chase us. We'll let you know when your loved one is in our care, when the cremation is complete, and when the ashes are ready. You're never in the dark.
Real people, day or night, across all of Riverside County. No wait times. No pressure.
